Renewing your IPTV subscription: how it works

When do I need to renew my IPTV subscription?

A Pro IPTV subscription runs for the period you choose (e.g. 12 months). Shortly before it ends you can renew — that way you keep access without interruption.

How to renew

1. Go to the shop and choose the package you want.
2. Pay using your preferred method (see payments).
3. Mention at checkout that it is a renewal, or send a message via contact.
4. You will receive the renewed access on your existing account — the same login details remain valid.

Is my subscription renewed automatically?

No. You decide for yourself whether you renew. Reaching the end of your period and forgot to renew? Then access stops after the paid period.

Can I upgrade in the meantime?

Yes, in many cases you can switch to a longer package in the meantime. Send a message via contact and we will see what is possible.
