Watching IPTV on your computer
On Windows and Mac you watch IPTV with a separate program. The best-known options: IPTV Smarters Pro (Windows), VLC (both) and IINA (Mac). With an Xtream Codes link or M3U playlist you are set up in no time.
Windows
Installing IPTV Smarters Pro
- Download and install IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows (from the official site).
- Open the app → Login via Xtream Codes.
- Fill in the server, username and password.
- Done: channels, movies and series are in the menu.
VLC as an alternative
- Install VLC Media Player.
- Press Ctrl+L and paste your M3U link.
- VLC plays the list as a channel overview.
Mac
IINA or VLC
- Install IINA or VLC (both free).
- Open the M3U link via File → Open URL.
- The channel list appears; double-click to watch.
Troubleshooting
- No picture on HD channels? Update your PC’s video drivers.
- Sound but no picture? In VLC set: Tools → Preferences → Output → DirectX.
- Stuttering? Use a network cable or close heavy downloads.
