Invoice or proof of payment: how it works

Can I get an invoice for my IPTV subscription?

Yes. On request you will receive a proof of payment or invoice for your purchase. That comes in handy for your records, or if you are ordering on behalf of someone else.

How to request a proof of payment

1. Send a message via contact.
2. Mention your name, the package you bought and the payment date.
3. If possible, attach your proof of payment (a screenshot of the transfer).
4. You will receive the document by email or through the app you use.

Please note

• An invoice is issued on request, not automatically with every payment.
• Payments are anonymous — we do not ask for any extra personal details.
• Lost it? No problem: mention the payment reference and we will send a duplicate.
