Hisense runs on VIDAA — and SmartOne goes with it
Most Hisense TVs run on VIDAA OS. That operating system has its own app store and the standard IPTV player on it is SmartOne IPTV: linked via your MAC address, without logging in with passwords. Stable, fast and the number 1 on this type of TV.
Step 1: Install SmartOne IPTV
- Press Home and open the VIDAA app store.
- Search for “SmartOne IPTV” and install the app.
- Open the app — note down your MAC address (format 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E).
Step 2: Link your MAC address
Send your MAC address via WhatsApp to your IPTV provider (with Pro IPTV you can do this via the contact page). They link your subscription to the address — within a few minutes.
Step 3: Restart and watch
- Close the app completely or restart the TV.
- Open SmartOne again — your channels, movies and series are there. 📺

Other Hisense types
Some Hisense models (especially in other markets) run on Android TV instead of VIDAA — recognizable by the Play Store. In that case you simply use TiviMate or IPTV Smarters.
Common mistakes on Hisense
- Channels empty after restart: MAC address not linked (properly) — check the address and send it again.
- App asks for a device code: that’s a different number than the MAC address; provide both.
- App not found in the store: older VIDAA versions; update your TV (Settings → System → About → System update).
